Day-of Coordination

On your wedding day, your only job should be to be present. Everything else is ours to handle. From the setup to the final farewell, we will manage every detail of your timeline so it unfolds exactly as planned; from vendor arrivals, decor, flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, cueing the band or DJ for each moment, to the breakdown, it will be handled. And when the unexpected happens (because it always can) it’s solved quietly behind the scenes and no one notices a hiccup. Day-of coordination means you and your guests get to be fully present in the celebration, while we make sure every moving piece comes together seamlessly.

  • FULL SERVICE PLANNING

    Our planners will handle and keep track of everything. We’ll source and manage all your vendors, create a timeline, and coordinate then execute a five-hour day-of schedule with an option to add more hours if needed. We’ll even walk you through getting your Massachusetts marriage license!

    CATERING

    Full-service catering and service of authentic Italian entrees, salad, and two appetizers for three hours of service. We also include plates, flatware, water goblets, and napkins.

    DESIGN & STYLING

    We’ll make your mood board come to life through a detailed design stage and style everything on the day of. You can be as involved as you like or leave the design and decor options up to our talented team.

    BAR & BARTENDERS

    Ciro & Sal’s includes a full-service bar with the perfect wine selections to pair with dinner, well, and top-shelf liquor. You can choose two craft cocktails to be featured as the signature cocktails of the evening.

    ALL OF THE FLORALS

    We work with some of the best florists on Cape Cod to curate your floral centerpieces and accent pieces, plus a floral arch for the ceremony, and two floral pieces for the Nearlyweds (like bouquets and/or boutonnieres).

    CAKES & CUPCAKES

    Includes an eight-inch cutting cake and a dessert array of Italian sweets. Select from over a dozen cake flavors!

    FURNITURE & DECOR

    Not only do we include a complete tablescape, but we also include tables, chairs, a fully styled lounge, an arch for the ceremony, vases, candles, a fully styled welcome table, and a fully styled dessert table. We’ll help you choose pieces from Flipping Tablescapes during the design process to fit the unique vision of your wedding!

    SIGNAGE

    We’ll handle the signage for your welcome table, dessert table, and signature cocktails!

    SET UP & TEAR DOWN

    Our crew will prepare and set up your ceremony and reception space and take everything down once your special day has concluded.

We work with an extensive list of wedding pros like photographers, hair and makeup artists, and DJs so we’ll help you find, book, and coordinate every vendor or item not included in the cost of the package listed above.

    The majority of our couples who select this package keep their total budget to around $25k with our help. Of course, the final number is heavily dependent on the additional vendors and details you choose but we’ll help you select the best options within your budget.

    We provide an in-house mobile bar with farm-to-table ingredients and a mixologist-created menu. Includes custom bar signage for your signature cocktails and expert bartending services.

    ALL OF THE FLORALS

    We work with some of the best florists on Cape Cod to coordinate your floral centerpieces and accent pieces, plus a custom floral arch for the ceremony, and two floral pieces for the Nearlyweds (like bouquets and/or boutonnieres).

    CAKE & DESSERTS

    Includes a gorgeous eight-inch cutting cake and a table array of custom desserts. Select from over a dozen amazing cake and frosting flavors.

    FURNITURE & DECOR

    We include tables and chairs for up to 70 guests, a dessert table, a card & gift table, and an arch for the ceremony site. All of the items for the tablescapes including plates, cutlery, napkins, table runners, vases, floral, and candles are also included. We work with Flipping Tablescapes based out of Falmouth Massachusetts to bring you the highest quality decor and a wide variety of options!

    TABLE AND WALL SIGNAGE

    We’ll handle the signage for your welcome table, dessert table, and signature cocktails.
